Simply because we don&#8217;t focus on delivery, and we focus on Close ? With no delivery.<br \/>\nThen we had another slogan called CARE (customer, automation, reliability, efficiency) ?  For christ sake, what do we care ?&nbsp;<br \/>\nAll we should care is very simple: People, not necessarily always Customers!
