工欲善其事，必先利其器
1994年10月1號，當時還未有國慶假期，我第一天從舊舊豐記過檔百記上班。第一樣番火炭，近左一大截，已經好高興。更高興係，早上8:30am報到見老細Geoff Carson「花名：著褲加衫」佢第一樣野俾我的是：名片。完美，如果換著現在，我怕要等到「地老天荒」可能離開都未印製到。第二，番埋自己的工作間，檯上就已經有部全新的Acer 386電腦，加上32隻3.5寸Microsoft Office 2.0 安裝碟。1994年！係1994年，呢部機四萬幾，無錯，四萬幾元，套MS office都要四千元。當時我大部分同事係用緊的「迪吉多」的終端機terminal。我用英語問老闆：「Geoff, Why are you buying this for me？」佢嘎答案影響我下半生。佢話：「If you want your sub ordinate to work best and to deliver, then you have to give them the best tool」就像中國人講的：「工欲善其事，必先利其器」！我感受最深，兩年前，自己部機老化，用了三年，希望爭取換機，然後部舊機可以俾其他同事作支援或培訓用途，點知換來是：「你寫份問卷Ask Paper先，等批先講」我好灰，情願放棄。 經歷過幾代老闆，我看透世情，總覺得凡事隨緣。Geoff的智慧，胸襟，眼光，係我最懷念的。現在我作為別人上司，都會秉承呢位良師的教授，盡量將好的工具，利器先給我的下屬。新來的兩位新同事，我都為他們爭取到兩部最新的手提電腦，自己還樂於用部舊的，又何防呢！同事開心，用得有效率，就夠啦。

U can do it yourself particularly easy if u use a Mac, the most difficult part is how to set up hosting. U can find public hosting companies at cheap but good services on monthly rate. Google these companies and they are always willing yo help. Download wordpress and try it out at your own PC or Mac first
You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this matter to be actually something thast I
think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me.

Just download wordpress on your PC or Mac and try it out ! It is not difficult, particularly when u r using a Mac. U can build your own blog if u have determination to make it work
