Companies focusing on ‘slogans’ but not on actions, deliveries…

I used to believe in our former slogans like 7 steps in serving customers:A – acknowledge, C – communicate, E – Empathize, O – own, P – Prioritize, A – agree, C – Close

Which looks reasonably good, except if one looks in more details, there is no D – delivery, why ? Simply because we don’t focus on delivery, and we focus on Close ? With no delivery.
Then we had another slogan called CARE (customer, automation, reliability, efficiency) ? For christ sake, what do we care ? 
All we should care is very simple: People, not necessarily always Customers! We should care more in human beings, and be more human, if we always do the Right things and aim to deliver to help making people’s life easier and that is real care!
