Hiring the A-Grade People

Once again, I remember what Steve had said in one of his famous quotes: “In Apple, we hire A-grade people, and we don’t tolerate any B or lower grade people, because we are hiring them to come and tell us what to do, we don’t hire people to come and listen to us/instruction to do what”

Isn’t this truly inspiring ? Yeah! Of course, good companies should hire great people, not just good people, to come in and tell the companies what best to do👍
